Order Processing & Tracking

Once your order is placed, here’s what to expect:

Order Confirmation
You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is registered.

Didn’t receive it? Check your spam folder or contact us at: info@novae-skincare.com

Shipping Notification
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a second email with a tracking link to follow your package.

In Transit
You’ll be notified once your parcel is on its way to your address.

Delivered
A final email will confirm that your order has been successfully delivered.

Processing & Delivery Times

We prepare and ship all orders within 24 to 48 business hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
